Job Summary
Monitor regular administration and mentor the team to conduct performance trend analyses and manage server capacity. Oversee efforts to optimize system configurations and backups while leading development of enhancements for performance, reliability, and security. Supervise escalated support cases to drive resolution for production environment problems and facilitate high-severity incident triage. Represent the organization to senior leadership while coaching staff on distributed systems and agile practices.
