Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of the digital commerce roadmap by coordinating across multiple product teams, platform teams, and external vendors to manage dependencies, risks, and release activities. Establish delivery governance, planning, reporting, and budget management processes while driving operational excellence across the e-commerce ecosystem. Monitor and improve delivery performance, predictability, and flow to accelerate customer value delivery, fostering cross-functional collaboration and removing organizational impediments. Requires a university degree with at least five years in e-commerce, project management, or agile leadership, plus experience with IT tools like Jira and AEM. This role supports PMI's transformation toward smoke-free products with a hybrid work model (40% office, 60% remote) and competitive compensation depending on the hiring location.
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in e-Commerce, Project/Program Management, Delivery Management, or Agile Leadership
- Strong understanding of digital commerce and consumer platforms, including web, mobile, identity, customer journeys, commerce capabilities, and supporting integrations
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and resource planning for large product portfolios
- IT skills: Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence), Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Hybris CMS (or other Content Management Systems), good understanding of IT infrastructure and application delivery environments
