Job Summary
Lead financial reporting, balance sheet governance, and control effectiveness across the ANZ region. Ensure accurate and timely month-end, half-year, and year-end financial reporting while building trusted partnerships with Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, and key business stakeholders. Standardise processes and ways of working to support the evolution of the ANZ finance function, leading onshore and offshore teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, controls, and data integrity, partnering with leaders to identify risks and strengthen financial performance. This fixed-term opportunity until mid-March 2027 is based in Melbourne, reporting to the Director Finance Services – Treasury Business Services.
Required Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualified
- 8+ years' finance experience
- Experience in a complex corporate or shared services environment
- Strong financial control, governance and reporting expertise
- Proven ability to build trusted stakeholder relationships
- Experience leading offshore and/or outsourced finance teams
- Proactive, commercially minded and focused on continuous improvement
- Brings energy, credibility and a hands-on leadership style
