Senior Manager, Tax

Senior Manager, Tax to lead Omada Health's tax function in a remote-first, multi-state environment. Own all aspects of U.S. direct tax (income & franchise) while ensuring multistate indirect-tax compliance; design scalable, SOX-ready processes; manage external advisors; serve as the company’s primary tax voice as new products, states, and markets arise. Responsibilities include leading ASC 740 tax provision (including effective tax-rate analysis, FIN 48 review, and disclosures), overseeing federal/state income and franchise tax returns, managing multistate indirect-tax compliance and nexus studies, acting as contact with tax authorities and external auditors, advising cross-functional teams on tax implications of new products and workforce expansion, identifying cash-saving opportunities and process improvements, designing and documenting SOX-compliant tax controls, managing external firms, and creating a three-year tax roadmap. Minimum qualifications include 8+ years of experience with ASC 740, CPA or JD/LL.M. in Tax, and strong analytical/project-management/communication skills.
