Job Summary
Lead complex federal, state, and local tax engagements for closely held businesses and their owners while serving as a trusted advisor and relationship leader for key clients. Review complex returns and deliver proactive tax-planning strategies, then manage workflow, deadlines, billing, quality, and engagement performance. Coach and develop managers, seniors, and staff, while supporting firm leadership, process improvement, and business-development initiatives. Join a collaborative, supportive regional CPA firm with over 40 years of experience helping businesses and individuals across the Tri-State area.
Required Qualifications
- CPA license
- 8+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience
- Strong technical knowledge of business and individual taxation
- Experience leading complex engagements, client relationships, and professional staff
- Excellent communication skills

- Client-service skills
