Senior Manager, Talent Solutions responsible for leading employer engagement, career advisement, and placement initiatives for the TSNY team. Build and manage relationships with local and national employers to secure job placements; attend networking events and job fairs; lead research and pitch development to drive placement strategies; mentor TSNY managers to enhance outreach; provide advanced career guidance to graduates and alumni; oversee placement and outcomes data (Salesforce and related systems) and analyze metrics to guide strategy; drive alumni engagement programs and workshops; ensure high-quality career advisement and alumni support; operate onsite in Bronx, NY, with a focus on achieving the program’s 80% job attainment goal per cohort.
