Job Summary
Champion performance and internal mobility vision by aligning organizational strategy with workforce plans to drive growth metrics. Design, implement, and evaluate talent mobility strategies including succession planning, career pathing, and diversity and inclusion programming. Optimize internal mobility processes within Workday to cultivate top talent pipelines and manage key talent pools in partnership with HR Business Partners. Develop innovative leader development experiences and integrate performance management with career planning to support business continuity. Track impact using business and talent metrics while evaluating the current approach to performance management and development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Education and/or related field
- Minimum of eight years of experience in the field of leadership and organization development
- At least three to five years in a leadership role

- Analytically sound with experience creating a framework for assessing, measuring and tracking talent management programming success
- Track record of success in leading high-performing, diverse advisory councils managing programs/processes to develop capabilities across an enterprise
