Job Summary
Senior Manager, Talent Management leading strategy and execution of talent initiatives, driving engagement and retention in a high-performing culture for ALTA Performance Materials.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and/or talent management
- 3+ years in a leadership role managing a recruiting function or team
- Proven ability to design and execute talent strategies
- Deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices, ATS platforms, and analytics
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR)
