Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify talent trends, competitive intelligence, and industry benchmarks, then present actionable insights on compensation and hiring practices through advanced data visualizations. Build and maintain a diverse global talent pipeline by leveraging diverse sourcing channels and engaging passive candidates through personalized outreach campaigns. Partner with HR and business leaders to align sourcing efforts with organizational goals, delivering regular reports on performance metrics and market insights while driving cost savings initiatives.
