Job Summary

Senior Manager, Talent Intelligence & Acquisition is sought to lead strategic and hands-on talent acquisition across technical, engineering, and business functions. The role focuses on modernizing recruiting through market intelligence, AI-enabled sourcing, and proactive pipelining, delivering high-quality hires, strong candidate experiences, and business-aligned outcomes. Responsibilities include developing hiring strategies with Hiring Managers and HRBPs, leveraging talent market data and compensation trends, building global talent intelligence capabilities, driving scalable recruiting operations and governance, and advancing data-driven decision-making with dashboards and analytics. Requires partnering with cross-functional leaders, managing external recruiting partners, and translating external market insights into proactive workforce strategies; experience in highly technical industries is a plus. Preferred characteristics emphasize curiosity, collaboration, adaptability, and a balance of technology, data, and human connection to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive full lifecycle recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for highly technical, engineering, or specialized talent
  • Strong sourcing expertise and success engaging passive talent in competitive markets
  • Experience partnering with senior Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and business leaders in fast-paced environments
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset with process optimization, technology, data, and AI-enabled recruiting tools
  • Ability to interpret recruiting metrics, dashboards, and pipeline data to influence decisions
  • Strong business acumen aligning talent strategies with priorities
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on recruiting execution
  • Experience supporting organizational change, transformation, or scaling initiatives (preferred)
  • Experience in semiconductors, engineering, manufacturing, hardware, or other highly technical industries (a plus)
