Job Summary
Senior Recruiting Manager, Deployments Mission Readiness at Anduril leads talent acquisition for deployment-scale hiring; manages recruiters, drives full-cycle hiring strategy, and serves as a subject-matter expert in prospecting techniques. You will conduct high-volume interviews, source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, referrals and SOBO campaigns, build talent maps to inform engagement, drive diverse talent pipelines, and represent the recruiting function internally and externally. The role requires collaboration with Production leaders, mentoring a team of recruiters, and delivering scalable recruiting strategies in a on-site/hybrid Costa Mesa, CA setting.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of high-volume talent acquisition experience evaluating and hiring top tier talent
- 8+ years of experience working with senior level leaders and stakeholders, reporting on progress, creating and advising on talent strategies
- 5+ years of experience mentoring or managing a small team of recruiters focused on delivery of time-sensitive pipelines
- Experience recruiting at an agency and fast-paced startup, hiring exempt roles for Hardware, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability to be onsite/hybrid at Costa Mesa, CA office
