Job Summary
Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia, managing a team of two Senior Specialists and driving multi-country workforce planning aligned with business growth objectives. Partner with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, execute operational excellence across recruitment governance and vendor partnerships, and build diverse talent pipelines for critical roles. Provide strategic market insights and workforce analytics to influence organizational planning, while ensuring compliance with local legislation and inclusive hiring standards. Manage external agency relationships and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver scalable, data-driven hiring outcomes across the APME region.
Required Qualifications
- In-house or RPO experience in talent acquisition
- Proven people leadership experience within complex, fast-paced or high-growth environments
- Demonstrated experience directly managing, coaching and developing internal or RPO recruiters
- Proven ability to lead and scale talent acquisition teams
- Strong strategic stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing workforce and hiring strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strong commercial acumen
- Experience using market insights, workforce analytics and data to drive hiring decisions
- Strong understanding of local talent markets, hiring trends and workforce dynamics
- Experience leading recruitment operations, governance, vendor management and process optimisation initiatives
- Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Experience with recruitment technologies and talent systems, such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR or similar
