Job Summary
Senior Manager, T&S Analytics at PhonePe leads centralized risk intelligence for Trust and Safety across multiple business units, translating complex risk challenges into data-driven AI/ML solutions. Responsibilities include redefining risk challenges into unified data-solutions, executing the central risk roadmap to achieve quarterly KPIs, building data-driven use cases for AI, partnering with Product and Engineering to embed risk mitigation into platform infrastructure, and leading a high-performance analytics team with a focus on risk profiling, anomaly detection, predictive modeling, and cohort/funnel analysis. Core expertise required includes SQL, Python/R, Spark, BI tools like Qlik, statistical modeling, and payment-industry experience, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, governance, and scalable risk solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s in a quantitative field (Management, Stats, Math)
- 8+ years driving data-led outcomes
- experience in SQL, Python/R, Spark
- experience with Qlik or equivalent BI tools
- experience with statistical modeling
- payment industry experience
- large-scale data and real-time data experience
