Senior Manager, T&O New Grad Programs

Job Summary
Lead day-to-day operations and strategy for three new graduate programs (Propel, Elevate, and BOOST), developing roadmaps, managing multi-six-figure budgets, and optimizing outcomes through monthly calibrations. Guide the execution team on scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination while serving as the primary escalation point for dependencies and risks. Track and report on program metrics to drive evidence-based enhancements and represent the organization at industry events and conferences. Mentor direct reports on performance and professional development to align with desired career growth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in program management, employee experience, learning & development, or related talent functions
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and managing complex initiatives in a matrix organization
- Strong strategic thinking skills with ability to translate business objectives into executable programs and measurable outcomes
- Advanced project management and budget management capabilities; experience managing multi-six figure budgets
- Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities; comfort using analytics and insights to drive decision-making
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present to large audiences and senior leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and mentor direct reports
- Experience designing and delivering learning experiences, with understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with new graduates or early-talent programs in a corporate or post-secondary setting
- Knowledge of current labour market trends and changes related to new graduates entering the workplace
- Experience with advanced analytics tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms
- Bilingual capabilities (French and English) or background in organizational psychology and employee engagement strategy
