Job Summary
Senior Manager in SW Engineering leading Open VisaNet DevOps/DevSecOps-focused teams. Responsibilities include providing leadership to a group of software engineers, partnering with stakeholders to design scalable, secure cloud-based solutions, driving engineering best practices, mentoring direct reports, and delivering highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed components. The role emphasizes DevSecOps, automation with CI/CD pipelines, security reviews, and collaboration with Operations, Infrastructure, and security teams to ensure high availability and secure coding practices. Strong hands-on design/coding skills in a cloud-native environment (Docker, Kubernetes) and experience with DevOps tooling (Jenkins, Git, Maven, scripting) are required. Prior experience in financial services/payments domain is advantageous. Visa requires at least 3 days in office. Salary range provided. Equity/bonus potential mentioned.
