Senior Manager, Supply Planning (Hybrid)

Senior Manager, Supply Planning leads the quality and execution of the supply plan across assigned plants and third-party suppliers, partnering with production site and line leadership, engineering, finance, customer service, and IBP leads to deliver a high-quality, integrated supply plan aligned to franchise priorities. Drives supply plan performance and cross-functional alignment, ensures effective execution across the network, and leads a team of supply chain professionals (Supply Planners and Supply Analysts) with direction, coaching, and support. The role supports core processes (MRP, Capacity Planning, Demand and Supply execution, Safety stocks), informs the Franchise Executive Supply review, champions continuous improvement, and provides leadership insight into capacity investments and cost/cash improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, 10+ years in supply chain with 5+ years in related roles, people management experience, ERP system proficiency (SAP/JDA/JDE/Oracle), and knowledge of S&OP/IBP. Preferred APICS or similar accreditation; project management experience in lean/six sigma contexts; travel up to ~30%.
