Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning (MY)

Job Summary
Review vendor requirements and design specifications to ensure fit for purpose. Engage business SMEs to derive functional technical specifications and identify process fit gaps. Prepare executable supply plans by translating regional demand streams and moderating inventory positions relative to product lifecycle and transit status. Drive third-party commit rates and on-time shipment improvements while negotiating with suppliers to resolve problems. Manage subordinate activities, including workforce planning and talent development, to meet schedules and resolve technical issues. This role requires 12+ years of experience in materials management, including strategic and tactical planning, contract manufacturing, and electronics manufacturing. A Bachelor's degree is required, with in-depth Oracle experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
- 12+ years of experience
- Wide, solid breadth in Materials management experience including Purchasing, Planning (Strategic & Tactical) and Manufacturing
- Excellent analytical skills relative to data mining and process development/improvement
- Strong experience creating and maintaining process
- International Supply chain experience
- Direct manufacturing experience in the electronics industry
- In-depth Oracle experience
