Job Summary
Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning for Milk and Yoghurt (MY) in Denmark. Lead the operational Supply Chain Planning organization for MY DK, guiding the transformation toward a more integrated, data-driven and customer-centric setup. Responsibilities include leading and developing a high-performing team, driving the evolution of Supply Chain Planning, ensuring strong performance across the 0–8 week planning horizon, building collaboration across Production, Logistics, Global Planning and Commercial, aligning strategy to execution, participating in the MY SC Planning Leadership Team, and leading change in a way that brings people along. Required experience includes 5–10 years in people management, leadership through others, experience in FMCG with European dairy preferred, strong stakeholder collaboration, and transformational-change capabilities; demonstrated ability to build relationships with empathy and maintain focus to achieve objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in people management and leading through others
- Experience in supply chain management within FMCG, European dairy preferred
