Job Summary
Senior Manager – Supply Chain responsible for leading end-to-end supply chain operations across a network of facilities, directing production planning and scheduling, optimizing inventory levels, managing freight and logistics performance, driving cycle counts and aged inventory reduction, and collaborating with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and finance to balance service levels with costs. Requires strategic leadership, strong ERP and NetSuite expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and focus on operational excellence across multiple sites.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing supply chain, logistics, production planning, or inventory management teams
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices within a manufacturing environment
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
- Experience utilizing ERP systems, inventory management tools, and supply planning technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Experience working in multi-site manufacturing environments
- Experience with NetSuite ERP systems
