Job Summary
Senior Manager, Supply Chain to own and lead supply chain across demand planning, procurement, manufacturing and fulfillment; build and stand up a formal S&OP process from the ground up; manage inventory, safety stock, and capacity; oversee warehousing, assembly, and production; drive supplier qualification for backup sources; use data to align production with demand; lead a high‐accountability supply chain team in a fast-moving hardware environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10 years of supply chain experience
- 2–3 years managing a team
- experience with S&OP process
- strong procurement background
- hardware or physical products experience
- familiarity with long lead time components and BOM-based planning is a plus
- excellent cross-functional communicator
