Senior Manager, Supply Chain Operations with field-based duties in the South UK and remote work options. Lead three Plant Managers and ~600 colleagues to deliver safety, quality and cost targets across a multi-site, high-volume network. Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and transformation initiatives; oversee budgeting, cost optimization, and KPI delivery; influence senior stakeholders across matrix organisations; foster a Zero Harm culture and engage cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic execution, Lean/Six Sigma mindset, and delivering high-impact changes across safety, service, quality, and sustainability. Remote/hybrid work model supported; travel to sites within the UK is expected.
