Senior Manager, Supply Chain

Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize procurement, production planning, inventory management, and logistics while continuously driving down bill of materials costs. Create purchasing and sourcing strategies for components on bills of materials, manage purchase orders and timing of direct materials, and oversee shipping and receiving functions. Lead a diverse team of purchasing and supply chain employees, providing mentorship to ensure tasks are completed and best practices for cost reductions and compliance are met. Negotiate contracts ensuring high quality at the lowest possible cost, engage with suppliers on quality issues, and maintain accurate inventory transactions within the ERP system. Collaborate with design engineers on design for manufacturability improvements and support various departments in design review processes.
