Job Summary
Senior Manager, Supply Chain leads the Co-Man (Contract Manufacturing) function and critical procurement activities for Hawaiian Host Group, developing and executing procurement strategies, savings portfolios, and supplier-management programs to support the manufacturing network. The role oversees co-manufacturers as strategic suppliers to achieve cost, quality, and service objectives, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution to build the team, improve systems, and drive supplier partnerships across procurement and contract manufacturing. Responsibilities span strategic planning, supplier negotiations across raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and manufacturing supplies; contract management; ensuring food-safety standards and regulatory compliance in collaboration with FSQA; developing KPIs; managing a team of direct reports; partnering with cross-functional teams (supply chain, operations, quality, sales, inventory, SIOP, and marketing); and supporting capacity and growth through onboarding of new contract manufacturers. Travel up to 40% to supplier and co-manufacturing locations is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or equivalent experience
- Must have at least five (5) years of experience in field related to Procurement / Co-Man
- Must have at least three (3) years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Must have CPG Food manufacturing experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
- High level of analytical ability, to resolve complex problems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- CPSM or CSCP certification preferred
