Senior Manager, Supply Chain Governance

Job Summary
Establish an enterprise-level sourcing governance framework and define standardized requirements to manage risk across all business units. Identify, maintain, and communicate geopolitical supply chain risks through an enterprise risk registry to support informed sourcing decisions. Develop corporate-level policies, processes, and controls that support consistent, scalable execution while coordinating cross-functional roll-outs. Monitor regulatory developments affecting supply chains and lead compliance with global transparency regulations and reporting requirements. Partner with Procurement, Legal, Compliance, and Operational leadership to operationalize governance standards within supplier lifecycle activities. Provide strategic analysis and executive reporting on supply chain risk, compliance, and governance performance to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Law, Engineering or related field
- 8–12+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, compliance, or governance roles
- Experience implementing enterprise governance frameworks or risk management programs
- Strong understanding of global sourcing risks, including geopolitical, regulatory, and operational factors
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple priorities
- Occasional travel as required
