Job Summary
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning for Archer's manufacturing operations and supply chain network. Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, forecasts, and executive presentations to communicate operational performance while monitoring budgets and key performance indicators. Partner with Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing leadership to analyze manufacturing P&Ls, unit economics, and variance data, identifying cost optimization opportunities and recommending corrective actions. Evaluate capital investment opportunities through comprehensive ROI modeling and business case development to support strategic expansion and operational improvement initiatives. Develop and maintain executive dashboards and financial reporting tools using Power BI and NetSuite to ensure data integrity and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain organizations
- preferably within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or food manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, manufacturing P&L analysis, and operational finance initiatives
- Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory accounting, variance analysis, and financial performance measurement
- Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as NetSuite or comparable platforms
- Experience utilizing Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and business partnering skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization
