Senior Manager, Supply Chain Finance

Job Summary
Lead financial planning, analytics, and reporting for the Refresco North America network to support cost management, EBITDA growth, and optimal working capital. Educate teams on supply chain processes for logistics and inventory to ensure accurate monthly financial reporting and SOX compliance. Drive development of financial plans for Annual Operating Plans, variances, and weekly/monthly estimates while monitoring North America KPIs and reconciling inventory and freight accounts. Manage 3 to 4 direct reports responsible for inventory and logistics financials, providing guidance to Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations Finance teams. Support system enhancements, new plant integrations from acquisitions, and external vendor audits. Requires SAP and Excel proficiency, US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and 8+ years in manufacturing environments. Reports to the Director of Supply Chain Finance.

- US GAAP/IFRS knowledge
- Supply Chain knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Power Suite
- Authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship
- B.S. / B.A. degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
- 8 or more years related work experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
- 3 years staff management and leadership
- Experience working in an SAP environment
- Periodic stretches of travel will be required, approx. 10%
Desired Qualifications
- Food related manufacturing a plus
- Preferably with tools found within the SAP ecosystem
