Job Summary
Senior Manager, Supply Chain responsible for strategic procurement of commodities and services for the Boulder site in relation to R&D and Production. Leads Purchasing and Warehouse teams, develops procurement strategies, manages global supplier relationships, drives cost/service/quality improvements, provides analytics and forecasting, supports NPI with R&D, and ensures alignment with production needs and corporate goals. Requires 7+ years in technical purchasing and 3+ years of procurement leadership; Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not required); CPP/CPSM preferred; experience with ISO9001/14001/13485 and FDA QSR is an asset. Strong communication, project management, and change-management skills; proficient in forecasting, planning, and supplier negotiations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related discipline
- 7+ years experience in technical purchasing
- 3+ years experience leading procurement teams
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Experience with ISO9001, 14001, 13485 and FDA QSR environments (asset)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
