Job Summary
Senior Manager, Global Supply Management at Crusoe oversees end-to-end supply chain for Crusoe Cloud, driving strategic supply strategies, supplier relationships, inventory control, risk management, and cross-functional alignment to support global deployments. The role requires leadership across procurement, sourcing, and vendor management with a focus on continuous improvement, sustainability, and ensuring timely and quality deployments in data-center/cloud infrastructure. Based in the US with flexibility to be located in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Seattle, or Denver.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
- Approximately 10-15 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement, preferably for Data Center Infrastructure, Cloud, or Hardware supply chains
- Operational track record in managing complex supply chains, vendor compliance, and process improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proven experience in Manufacturing & Production Capacity Analysis, Supplier Selection, and Vendor Management Inventories (VMI)
- Background in working with hyperscalers, OEM/ODMs, or infrastructure providers
- Ability to pass a background check
- Professional certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CPIM (bonus)
- Experience with AI/data center infrastructure supply chains (bonus)
- Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field (as specified)
- Global supply management, end-to-end supply chain management, capacity management
- Sustainability integration in procurement
- Cross-functional coordination and strategic partnerships
