Job Summary
Senior Manager, Supplier Quality - APAC leads supplier quality oversight for the APAC region and supports the APAC Commercial organization. This role acts as the APAC Quality lead ensuring timely handling of customer-related quality requests in alignment with Repligen’s Global QMS. Responsibilities include leading APAC supplier quality for suppliers and CMOs, maintaining the Global Approved Supplier List for APAC suppliers, establishing supplier governance routines with performance scorecards and escalation, overseeing supplier change control and SCNs, coordinating supplier development and audits, and collaborating with Procurement on supplier business reviews. On-site presence at CMO facilities to reinforce quality expectations and ensure effective implementation of quality systems and controls is required. The role requires partnering with cross-functional teams to drive quality actions and continuous improvement in the APAC region.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in supplier quality management, preferably in APAC
- Knowledge of quality systems (QMS) and regulatory/compliance expectations in bioprocessing or related industries
- Ability to lead supplier audits, SCARs, and change controls
- Experience with supplier development, ASL management, and governance
- Strong collaboration with procurement and cross-functional teams
- On-site presence at contract manufacturing organization (CMO) facilities or supplier sites
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with quality agreements and supplier qualification processes
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement
- Understanding of Global QMS requirements and supplier governance frameworks
