Senior Manager, Supplier Compliance & Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) – Global Procurement

Job Summary
Enhance TPRM controls, decision frameworks, and technology capabilities to strengthen oversight and support a mature, intelligence-driven risk program. Reimagine and streamline TPRM processes through continuous improvement, automation, and simplification initiatives that increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the enterprise. Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate emerging risks, strengthen controls, and ensure third-party risk management practices withstand external examination during inspections, audits, and governance reviews. Optimize risk management processes, controls, monitoring activities, and data insights through continuous improvement of TPRM technologies and operating models. Influence the evolution of policies, standards, and risk frameworks that enable effective oversight, defensible decision-making, and sustained inspection preparedness. Bring fresh, strategic ideas to evolve TPRM practices, share best practices, build risk awareness, and contribute to thought leadership across internal and external forums.
Required Qualifications
- B.S./B.A.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, compliance, R&D, Commercial, or Operations - or equivalent relevant roles
- 4+ years of proven success in a TPRM, procurement, or compliance organization
- Solid understanding of ICH/GCP regulatory guidelines as they apply to procurement and vendor management
- Hands-on experience with TPRM platforms such as ServiceNow, CertaAI, ProcessUnity, or similar tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Strong analytical mindset - able to cut through complexity and prioritize what matters most
- Proven ability to manage global, cross-functional projects and deliver on time
- Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility
