Job Summary

Lead critical strategy workstreams to drive top-level investment decisions on new product lines, licensing, and structural bets. Drive corporate development by leading diligence on M&A opportunities, building acquisition theses, and managing investor-relations strategy. Set the agenda on ambiguous cross-enterprise operational issues by independently framing problems, testing hypotheses, and driving implementation of solutions. Own high-impact business operation efforts including annual planning, executive reporting, and initiatives that build synergy across markets. Support international expansion by contributing to new-market selection, entry strategy, and launch execution. This senior, high-autonomy role involves moving fluidly across corporate strategy, M&A, and cross-market operations to find answers and execute end-to-end. Occasional travel is expected for company onsites and market visits around four times per year.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of strategy, BizOps, corporate development, or other operating experience at high-growth startups
  • Prior top-tier management consulting experience
  • Deep analytical and financial-modeling strength
  • Ability to use data to drive decisions and tell compelling stories
  • Highly organized and autonomous
  • Comfortable owning ambiguous, high-impact work and building alignment across teams without heavy structure
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Ability to earn trust quickly with senior stakeholders
  • Hands-on, results-focused operator
  • Comfortable in the weeds of a model as in front of the board
  • Instinctive use of AI & automation to turn manual work into repeatable systems
  • Remote work capability based in the US / Americas
  • Ability to travel occasionally for company onsites and market visits (around 4 times per year)
