Job Summary
Lead cross-site transformation projects for the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, driving it to a standardized, SAP-based approach. Manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, and end-user training materials across multiple locations. Develop strategies to convert planning processes, establish process standards, and coordinate governance (Hoshin Kanri) with senior management. Create user stories, conduct fit/gap analyses, and organize system tests prior to rollout; oversee creation and review of training documents for end users. Requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience in optics/manufacturing environments with SAP tooling.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von SAP Integrated Business Planning
- SAP ERP Produktionsplanung und -Steuerung
- Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung von Großunternehmen, idealerweise Optik/M Maschinenbau
- Ausgeprägte Projektmanagement-Erfahrung in matrix-organisierten Konzernstrukturen
- Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten auf Senior-Management-Level
- Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Perspektivenwechsel-Fähigkeit
