Job Summary

Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Initiatives (Intergovernmental & Agency Relations) leads a multidisciplinary team within the City Manager’s Office to advance intergovernmental priorities, agency governance, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include oversight of complex, high-profile initiatives from inception through implementation, fostering collaboration and accountability, and delivering results in a fast-moving, politically sensitive public-sector environment. The position supports cross-functional collaboration, staff development, and inclusive leadership while guiding governance frameworks and ensuring alignment with corporate priorities. Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in public administration, policy, business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
