Job Summary
Assess strategic priorities by translating critical Growth objectives into actionable hypotheses and prioritized workstreams. Build decision support infrastructure by designing data analytics, governance, and tooling to identify and scale optimization opportunities. Enable cross-pillar activation by coordinating collaboration across the Growth ecosystem to operationalize opportunities. Diagnose and intervene in processes by investigating root causes, designing targeted interventions, and shepherding implementation. Drive adoption and capability transfer through training and governance to embed new ways of working. Capture and share learnings by documenting lessons learned and disseminating playbooks. Measure impact by defining success metrics, tracking ROI, and iterating on solutions based on outcome data. Report to the Head of Strategic Performance & Optimization and partner with Finance, Tech Innovation, and offshore teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience influencing complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong analytical and data fluency
- Experience building or operating decision support systems
- Track record delivering process redesigns, playbooks, or automations
- Excellent stakeholder management and change-management skills
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
