Job Summary
Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships responsible for leading and growing payment partnerships, managing GTM for partners, tracking performance, and cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, marketing, and finance to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency in Zip's payments ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, partnerships, or payments - managing key relationships (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, issuers/acquirers)
- Analytical & Financial Acumen – Strong modeling, data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated use of AI in performance of role (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Salesforce Einstein)
- Salesforce & GTM Execution – ability to track deals, manage partner pipelines, execute go-to-market strategies
- Negotiation & Influence – experience leading complex deals and cross-functional collaboration
- Consulting experience helpful (Deloitte, McKinsey)
- Results-Driven & Innovative – revenue growth, scaling partnerships, problem-solving
- Ability to think outside the box and collaborate with others with structured thinking
- Customer-first ethic
