Job Summary
Own the full engagement lifecycle for assigned strategic technology partnerships, from technical scoping through integration delivery and launch. Manage the operational rhythm of your portfolio by setting agendas, capturing decisions, and distributing follow-ups to ensure agreed actions close on schedule. Run working sessions between DigiCert product, engineering, and partner technical teams to translate business requirements into integration specifications. Prepare the VP for every meeting on highest-priority CEO-level accounts, draft executive briefs, and maintain continuity between engagements. Proactively monitor product roadmaps and the competitive landscape to identify partnership opportunities, building a qualified pipeline of prospective partners with prioritized recommendations. Triage new inbound partnership interest by recommending priority, park, or pass with clear rationale before escalation.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology partnerships, alliances, or BD with a track record of moving partnerships from exploratory to deal structure to execution, not just signed MOUs
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Business-technical depth in security, cloud, or identity fluent enough to lead a product working session, read an API spec, and earn credibility with engineering counterparts
Desired Qualifications
- PKI, TLS, or cloud security literacy is a strong plus
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Comfortable in a product-led alliances function understands that success is measured in adoption and integration footprint, not logos and press releases. This role sits under the CPO, not Sales
