Job Summary
Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships responsible for end-to-end management of at least 2 active partnerships within the first 60 days, including commercial relationships, QBR cadence, and escalation management; drives merchant activation strategies to improve GMV penetration, transaction counts, and customer activation; builds bottoms-up GMV forecasts and executes acceleration levers (pricing optimization, co-marketing, merchant incentives, vertical expansion); grows EC originations from partnerships and maintains structured partner management cadences with real-time dashboards; acts as the single point of coordination for partnership execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal; requires strategic partnership management experience, data-driven decision-making, negotiation skills, and fluency in Spanish and English; fintech/BNPL and LatAm/Colombia market familiarity strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Strategic Partnership Management
- Owns the full partnership lifecycle from negotiation to ongoing commercial optimization
- Has managed end-to-end partnerships with revenue/GMV targets
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish & English
- Experience with fintechs, BNPL, or credit products
- Strong negotiation and pricing modeling skills
- Data-driven and capable of SQL queries and dashboards (Databricks, Looker, Tableau)
- Able to operate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and Legal
- LatAm market experience, especially Colombia
