Job Summary
Senior Manager leads strategic growth and insights for Walmart customer development at Mars Petcare, acting as a strategic partner and insights leader. Responsible for analyzing retailer, category, shopper, competitive, and omni-channel data to identify opportunities and risks, translating findings into clear business narratives and actionable recommendations, and developing growth-focused customer strategies across assortment, merchandising, digital shelf, price-pack architecture, and omni-channel performance. Builds integrated perspectives across Walmart’s omni-channel ecosystem, partners with Customer Directors to prepare for priority meetings and business reviews, and becomes a power user of Walmart data platforms (Luminate/Scintilla) to influence selling stories and internal decisions. Requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking; Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred; extensive experience in CPG, analytics, and strategic storytelling. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Significant experience in CPG, category management, shopper insights, customer analytics, commercial strategy, retail analytics or related field
- Experience with Walmart or Walmart-specific data platforms is a plus, but not required
- Direct sales experience is a plus
