Job Summary
Senior Finance Manager, Payments at Chime to own the Cost of Revenue (COR) forecasting and financial operations. Lead the COR function, overseeing strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of forecasting, reporting, and vendor-cost management; build and lead a high-performing team; partner with Product, Data, Engineering, and Accounting to shape economic viability of product initiatives; drive monthly close, variance explanations, and planning using AI/automation to scale forecasting and reporting; oversee costs such as processing, network, and bank-related expenses, while optimizing cost structure and tradeoffs between revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 8+ years in Strategic Finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, consulting, venture capital or similar in a high-growth tech environment
- Proven experience leading and developing finance teams
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong influencing and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with AI/automation in finance workflows
- Advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills
- Bonus: Netsuite, Looker, Workday, SQL, Snowflake, Python
