Job Summary
Lead deal support through cross-functional influencing skills on the highest value renewals across Gartner, implementing programs ensuring retention and growth strategy. Create scalable action plans, lead presentations in planning sessions with Senior Leaders, and drive collaboration with Client Value Managers to build business cases for large deals. Drive quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve retention challenges, partner with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and continuously improve processes and tools to scale operational models. Own actions, measure progress, and lead complex initiatives to completion with action-driven insights.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7+ years of experience in completing complex analyses and solving challenging business problems
- Experience as a business analyst/ consultant at a top-tier consulting firm, investment banking associate or strategy analyst for a leading company
