Job Summary
Senior Manager, HUB Clinical Care to lead a multidisciplinary clinical team focused on delivering high-quality patient care, oversee the Site of Care program moving prescriptions from hospital to home or ambulatory settings, and drive KPIs, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The role emphasizes strategic leadership, vendor and network management, effective stakeholder communication, and a patient-centered approach to improve access and outcomes in complex and chronic conditions. As a key liaison between clients and pharmacy operations, you will promote empathy, accountability, and advocacy while guiding performance improvement, workflow optimization, and execution of clinical initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare Business, or related field is required
- Active licensure as Pharmacist, RN, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or other clinically related licensure
- 2+ years of experience in clinical management, managed care contracting, or related experience within the healthcare or payer industry
- 2+ years of experience with managing direct reports
