Job Summary
Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture leads technical pre-sales engagements for cloud contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud CX, partnering with sales to scope, estimate, and propose architectures. Responsible for end-to-end solution design, demos and proofs of concept, architecture diagrams, and documentation; capable of designing secure, scalable CCaaS integrations with CRM systems and data platforms, and staying current on Genesys platform enhancements and AI-driven capabilities. Will collaborate across TELUS Digital to incorporate Data & AI, automation, and digital product development into client solutions; requires strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a focus on enterprise, multi-vertical deployments (Finance, Healthcare, Telco, Consumer).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting
- Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX (Genesys CCaaS)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to design and position large-scale enterprise cloud solutions
- Excellent communication skills for technical and business audiences
- Experience designing integrations with CRM, data platforms, and third-party apps
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
