Senior Manager, Solution Delivery

Job Summary
Senior Manager, Solution Delivery responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects within the team from Day 1 through Closeout, coaching and developing staff, conducting performance reviews, ensuring adherence to project management best practices, coordinating with stakeholders (CDM, Sales, Executives), managing project management tools and audit compliance, and serving as escalation point. Leads transformation initiatives, collaborates on strategy and execution, manages relationships with clients and internal leadership, and provides leadership to delivery teams while interfacing with Bell executives and clients. Requires significant client-facing delivery experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and the ability to lead across virtual and direct teams. Position is full-time with a hybrid work arrangement based in Canada (Mississauga, Brampton, Guelph, or Toronto) and requires reporting to a Bell office at least 3 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree or equivalent business experience
- PMP mandatory
- Experience in a client-facing delivery role and leading complex, large-scale, multi-site teams
- Experience managing financials and aggressive timelines (full P&L, budgets, timelines, project milestones)
- Agile methodologies knowledge is an asset
- Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
