Job Summary
Lead the design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise automation solutions using UiPath while building engineering capabilities for Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives. Mentor and grow a high-performing team, establish engineering standards, and provide technical oversight for solution architecture, integrations, and production support. Drive the roadmap for adopting LLMs and AI Agents, lead Proof of Concepts, and partner with business stakeholders to improve outcomes through automation and AI technologies. Manage engineering roadmaps, delivery plans, and cross-functional relationships to ensure operational excellence and measurable business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in Software Engineering, Automation, or Enterprise Application Development
- At least 5 years of experience in people management as an Engineering Manager or Sr Engineering Manager
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams delivering enterprise-scale solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath RPA, including Orchestrator, AI Center, Action Center, Document Understanding, queues, assets, triggers, robots, and deployment management
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, SDLC, and engineering governance
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience conducting feasibility assessments, ROI analysis, process assessments, automation opportunity identification, and solution estimation
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable, and value-driven technical solutions
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, mentoring, documentation, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, OpenAI, Agentic AI, RAG, and AI Agents is highly desirable
