Job Summary
Lead engineering team to design, develop, configure, test, and implement ongoing improvements for state-of-the-art enterprise software solutions; oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications; provide insights to inform the roadmap and health of the portfolio. Drive best-in-class engineering practices through code reviews, DevOps tooling, and observability; partner with scrum teams to align plans with capacity and boost velocity; manage stakeholders including internal customers, vendors, and senior management; resolve escalated issues across development, configuration, and modification of integrated solutions; design solutions leveraging microservice architecture and API integration; collaborate with product teams to inform priorities and oversee budgeting and forecasting for initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or related field
- 8 years of IT experience
- 8 years of experience in software engineering or related field
- 8 years of experience with SDLC implementations
- 3 years of experience leading project or technical teams with or without direct reports
