Job Summary
Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed Microservices and full stack systems to deliver AI-powered, genomAI-enabled solutions that improve associate productivity and drive sales enablement. Drive adoption of AI and GenAI solutions, experimentation with AI agents, intelligent search, automation, and data-driven decision making to accelerate business outcomes. Utilize Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, or Scala, with AWS tools and services, Docker and Kubernetes, and Open Source RDBMS/NoSQL databases to meet regulatory needs and build scalable, secure systems for the sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 6 years of professional software engineering experience
- At least 1 year experience with cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
- At least 4 years of people management experience
