Job Summary
Lead and grow multiple agile engineering teams to build next-generation GRC products that transform compliance into a strategic engine for resilience. Define and own the technical roadmap for AI-first, data-driven platforms, integrating models and APIs to orchestrate intelligent workflows across cyber, ESG, and operational domains. Mentor engineers at all levels to foster career development while championing responsible AI adoption and modern engineering practices. Align technical strategy with business goals through cross-functional collaboration and transparent, impact-driven culture. This hybrid role requires 12+ years of software development experience and 6+ years in people management, with a focus on large-scale distributed systems and AI concepts.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of total software development experience
- 6+ years in a people management or technical leadership role
- Extensive experience with large-scale distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS), and infrastructure
- Proven experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and agile/scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with AI concepts and practical use cases in software development
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and fostering team career growth

Desired Qualifications
- Practical experience shaping software architecture, tuning performance, and strengthening application security

- Exposure to serverless patterns and infrastructure-as-code on AWS, preferably using CDK
- Background in designing and operating robust data integration workflows
- Experience working in regulated, audit-heavy environments where evidence, controls, and traceability matter
