Job Summary
Senior Software Engineering Manager who leads and grows an engineering team to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions, shaping agentic AI workflows using LLM-based agents, tool calling, RAG patterns, and orchestration. Owns end-to-end delivery including integrations across ServiceNow, identity management, monitoring platforms, and enterprise SaaS; provides hands-on technical guidance, co-authors and ships production code, and drives roadmaps for automation and AI-assisted operations. Requires a strong foundation in infrastructure, SRE, and DevOps with experience in Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), monitoring tools, and modern programming in Python or Go; responsible for hiring, performance management, and career development.
Required Qualifications
- BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, other Engineering or related fields (or equivalent experience)
- 6+ years of experience leading and managing high-performing engineering teams
- 12+ years of overall experience in Infrastructure, SRE, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including Proven track record of building and scaling teams from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in building software solutions and automation
- Strong hands-on skills with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, containerization (Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, PagerDuty, or similar)
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages for automation and tooling
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence across engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
- Exceptional ability to translate "deep tech" into business value
