Job Summary
Lead teams of 6-10 engineers building Agentforce's authoring platform; partner with Product, Design, and platform engineering to define the product strategy and roadmap for the agent creation experience; set technical direction for complex software systems and elevate execution; uphold high standards for engineering craftsmanship through design reviews, mentorship, and a culture of continuous improvement; foster a culture of experimentation with coding agents and AI-assisted workflows to enhance productivity and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years managing engineering teams
- Experience leading multiple teams or managing managers
- Deep technical background in full-stack product engineering
- Experience collaborating across product, design, and engineering functions to ship enterprise software
- Ability to hire, mentor, and retain exceptional engineering talent
- Track record of strong execution with willingness to dive into the details when it matters
