Job Summary
Senior Manager, Software Engineer on Coca-Cola’s Sales Experience team building enterprise software that improves how sales teams work with customers. You will lead technical direction, partner with Product Management and Design, own end-to-end engineering outcomes, and drive solutions across CRM integrations, APIs, and scalable architectures to enable better decision-making and customer impact. The role emphasizes collaboration, product discovery, and delivering high-quality, reliable software at enterprise scale, with growth opportunities in leadership and cross-functional influence.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and shipping production-grade applications
- Experience building and integrating with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), including designing scalable data integrations and leading customization to support complex workflows
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (frontend and backend)
- Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience is equally valued
